Premises were ready and clean. Front desk service was prompt, cordial and clear. Room was ample and very clean taking into account that is not a new building. Continental breakfast was simple but acceptable. Room service was very cordial and efficient.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was GREAT. I am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend this location to everyone. The room, the breakfast, and the proximity to Port Aransas make this location a favorite. The value is great.

Lupita was awesome. Great breakfast with personal service.karen in front office was extremely helpful. There is nothing that could be improved. We were allowed to bring our 4 legged babies and tried very hard to be exceptional guests.

Room is very nice. Wonderful Breakfast! Staff is fantastic. I was outside drinking coffee in the morning and the manager came out and talked with me for 15 minutes and we discussed my stay. Very friendly

Staff was very nice. Entrance was clean.. Room hadn't been cleaned as well as it should have been. There was dust on the furniture. Elevator floor was duct taped in one corner
